The good old British bar has been exported all round the world.
One of our favourites is the Red Rum near Alcudia in Mallorca. It’s run by a Rotherham lass - Elaine Dutton from Dalton and her Spanish husband Jose. It’s been mentioned as being one of the top 10 best positioned bars in the world. The views across the sea towards Pollensa bay are staggering and Jose’s steaks aren’t that bad either. The bar has quite a following from people of all nationalities and to keep the atmosphere going Elaine has a barmy little dog, Perrico, who catches fish in the sea .and eats them.
It’s one of our sites which has won acclaim from all over the place including Yorkshire TV.
